Getting started: Prescribing CRENESSITY for your patients

For the most streamlined prescription experience, submit a completed CRENESSITY enrollment form to PANTHERx. You can also prescribe CRENESSITY through other methods, including ePrescribing, faxing, or calling.

Once PANTHERx receives a prescription, a dedicated Care Coordinator will contact your patient to coordinate next steps for receiving their CRENESSITY prescription. Remind patients to expect a call and to save the Neurocrine Access Support phone number below so that they don't miss important information about their prescription.

After the initial intake is finished, a dedicated Care Coordinator will begin verifying your patient's insurance coverage and will partner with your office to obtain necessary clinical information to help you process a prior authorization and/or appeal. Visit the Benefit Verification page for more information. If additional assistance is needed, our Neurocrine Regional Patient Access Managers (RPAMs) are also available to help.

PANTHERx also handles fulfillment for your patients. If your patient chooses to opt into program communications, a Welcome Kit with helpful information and resources will accompany the first prescription.

Your patients will receive important phone calls about their CRENESSITY prescription from Neurocrine Access Support.

If the Care Coordinator is unable to reach your patient by phone, they are not able to work with the pharmacy to fill your patient’s medication. Remind patients to save the Neurocrine Access Support phone number so they never miss a call.
