Once you or your child is prescribed CRENESSITY, you can expect a call from your dedicated Care Coordinator. If you have any questions about your prescription or throughout your treatment experience, call your Care Coordinator at the Neurocrine Access Support number from 8 AM to 8 PM ET, Monday through Friday.
CRENESSITY (crinecerfont) is a prescription medicine used together with glucocorticoids (steroids) to control androgen (testosterone-like hormone) levels in adults and children 4 years of age and older with classic congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH).
