Specialty pharmacies are different from other pharmacies because they offer personalized services for many rare conditions, including classic congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH). Starting a new medication can come with a lot of unknowns. But with Neurocrine Access Support, you have a dedicated Care Coordinator just a phone call away. Within 1 business day of receiving your CRENESSITY prescription, your Care Coordinator will call you to learn more about your or your child's classic CAH and explain what happens next.
Please answer this important phone call; if your Care Coordinator is unable to reach you by phone, they are not able to work with the pharmacy to fill your prescription.

Managing classic CAH is complicated enough. Getting your prescription doesn't have to be. Neurocrine Access Support makes it easy to start and continue on CRENESSITY.
Once you or your child is prescribed CRENESSITY, Neurocrine Access Support will process your prescription at the pharmacy and send confirmation to your doctor within 1 business day. You can expect a call from your dedicated Care Coordinator within 1 business day after the pharmacy receives your prescription. They can help you understand your insurance, learn about financial support options, and can answer many of your questions. Have a specific medical question? Your Care Coordinator can connect you with a pharmacist to get you the information you need. You can also call your Care Coordinator at 1-855-CRNSITY (276-7489) 8 AM to 8 PM ET, Monday through Friday. If your Care Coordinator is unable to reach you by phone, they will not be able to work with the pharmacy to fill your prescription. Our team will work with your doctor’s office and your insurance plan to support the process of getting your or your child's CRENESSITY prescription approved. Your Care Coordinator will also review the financial support programs offered by Neurocrine Access Support to determine which options may be best for you.
Your Care Coordinator will call you before your first shipment to schedule fast and reliable delivery of your or your child’s prescription right to your door. Please answer all calls from your Care Coordinator so you never miss important information about your or your child's prescription.
